Jacaranda Suite *Pet friendly*  $310/night/double includes full breakfast  (maximum 4 people)     

$50/night/extra person including full cooked breakfast (Sofa bed)

Jacaranda/Magnolia Suite (Family Suite) *Pet friendly* $550/night/family (2 adults/2 children)  $520/night for stays of two or more nights -  (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) large living and dining area with private access. Includes full cooked breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 (maximum 6 people)

$50/night/extra person including full cooked breakfast (Sofa bed)

$15/booking pet fee applicable to all pet friendly rooms - maximum two dogs.

Dinner is available but must be preordered at least 24 hours before arrival. Please ask for the menu to be emailed if you require dinner.

Garden Suite *Pet friendly*  $275/night/double/ room only            $25/night/extra person

Olive Grove Cottage *Pet friendly*  $365/night/double $340/night for stays of two or more nights/ room only

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 50% of your booking is applicable should you cancel within 21 days of arrival date. Less than 48 hours notice incurs full booking cost. A $50 administration fee is applicable if you cancel prior to the 21 day period. Bookings cancelled or shortened mid stay are non refundable.

Damage Policy

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage or replacing stolen goods  caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the B&B's property, contents or structure.
